Kandes Hooper joined CSG Insurance in September and is working toward becoming a licensed insurance agent. Originally from Spur, Texas, she earned her associate degree in Business Management from Western Texas College in Snyder. Kandes has called Winters home for the past nine years, where she and her husband, Zach, are raising three Winters Blizzards Kynadee, Kolsyn, and Kambrey along with their two pups, Piper and Paris. She loves connecting with people and learning new things. When she’s not at work, Kandes enjoys cooking, baking, crafting, and making memories with her family.
